About the Apprenticeship Programme
This structured 12-month programme offers graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build skills in banking operations. Participants will engage in real-world assignments, technical training, professional workshops, and business problem-solving exercises.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates from B.Com (all streams), B.A. (Economics), B.Sc. (Computer Science), and B.B.A. are eligible
- Final year students or 2024 graduates (must be able to start in March 2025)
- Must hold a permanent legal right to work in India
Preferred Skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data literacy skills
- Good communication skills (English – written and verbal)
- Team player with curiosity, adaptability, and growth mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Knowledge of banking operations, customers, products, and transactions (advantageous)
- Community involvement or volunteering experience will be considered a plus
