Job Description:
As a Graduate Software Engineer at HPE, you will analyze, design, program, debug, and enhance software applications used across local, networked, and internet-based platforms. You will write code, perform testing and debugging, and document installation and maintenance procedures. You may also interact with users to define system requirements or modifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, update, and enhance software applications based on project requirements.
- Execute test plans, identify issues, and perform debugging for assigned code.
- Collaborate with internal teams and outsourced partners to design and implement reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality software solutions.
- Participate as a team member in projects to deliver low to moderately complex applications.
Skills and Knowledge Required:
- Understanding of software application design tools and programming languages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of multi-platform software application design.
- Familiarity with coding, testing, and debugging procedures.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
Cross-domain knowledge, design thinking, full stack development, release management, security-first mindset, and user experience (UX).
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- 0-2 years of experience.
